Collection: Fudge

Uncle Leroy's Fudge is handcrafted the old-fashioned way using a Mackinac style recipe. We begin with the good stuff - real butter, fresh cream and cane sugar and cook it to perfection in our traditional copper kettle.

After the ingredients are properly cooked, the hot and bubbly fudge is poured onto a 750 pound marble slab where it can cool to the perfect working temperature. Next, our confectioners skillfully hand shape the fudge into large loaves. The loaves are then cut by hand into slices weighing approximately 1/2 lb each.
